To spice up the ol' bio, I peppered in fun facts about blue whales!
Dan is currently the face of KBB.com. He will be in the new animated series, Triptank on Comedy Central, from the producers of Robot Chicken. Dan most recently starred opposite Kerry Washington on Scandal and Ellen Pompeo on Grey's Anatomy.
"A blue whale is so large a toddler can fit into its blowhole." And kill the whale.
Dan is a proud founding member of Brimmer Street Theatre Company. He is a graduate of Emerson College.

From outside Philadelphia, Dan Gordon started his acting career at the age of nine, performing in school plays and the international creative competition, Odyssey of the Mind. At Pennsbury High School, Dan performed one-man plays in the National Forensics League and received the "Best Play" award at the New Hope Theater Festival.
"100 people could fit into the mouth of a blue whale." Sounds like a reckless party suggestion.
At Emerson College, Dan performed sketch comedy with the EVVY Award-winning Jimmy's Traveling All-Stars, pledged his eternal unwavering allegiance to Phi Alpha Tau fraternity, and graduated with a bachelor of the arts in acting and theatre education.
"A blue whale's heart is the size of a Mini Cooper and a human can easily crawl through its major arteries." Terry makes a convincing argument. Let's get in there.
In Los Angeles, Dan performed long-form improv comedy at Upright Citizens Brigade Theater and on regular house teams at I.O. West.
With a tight collective of fellow Emersonians in LA, Dan co-founded the ensemble-based Brimmer Street Theatre Company in 2006. The company resides in Hollywood and produces original plays that excite and engage.
"Blue whales cruise the ocean at more than five miles an hour, but accelerate to more than 20 miles an hour when they are agitated." And more than 25 miles an hour when frustrated.
Arlene Thornton & Associates started representing Dan commercially in 2007 and, then also for voiceover in 2008. Arlene and her savvy team have been a continual source of support and invaluable guidance. Theatrically, Dan is repped by the wonderful Patty Vittorito at Visionary Artists and managed by I'll-sleep-when-I'm-dead Steven Buchsbaum at Ad Astra Management.
